Beef & Pork Farm-to-Table Packages

Our new farm-to-table packages offer a convenient way to purchase beef or pork in bulk without the wait associated with our custom processing and new options only available with these packages. Each package comes pre-selected with specific cuts. You can choose how you'd like your ground beef or pork used, with options including burger patties, ring bologna or wieners for beef, and breakfast links, patties, or brats for pork. These are not offered with our custom processing.

Certain cuts are unavailable, example: - Beef: round steak, arm roast, brisket - Pork: shank, ham, country-style ribs
You are limited to #1 or #5 ground beef.
You cannot choose the number of steaks or chops per package; all items are individually packaged.
You need sufficient freezer space for at least 60 pounds of meat (approximately 1/8 of a beef or 1/2 pork).
